Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping

Packages are shipped via FedEx Ground (primary) or the US Postal Service Priority Mail.  We can ship internationally - please email sales@highgrovelighting.com to place an order.

All lights are shipped discreetly in plain brown boxes and make no reference to "grow lights". The shipping label simply says "Highgrove" and our return address.

 

Returns

We hope you love your light but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly offer you a refund within 30 days from receipt of your product.

To initiate a return, please email sales@highgrovelighting.com for assistance obtaining return authorization. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returned items. Lights must be received back at our facility in new condition, or a higher restocking fee will apply.

Customers are responsible for retaining original packaging or supplying their own equivalent packaging for return.

You will also need to pay the return shipping.  Items received with postage due will be returned to sender.

 

Refunds

Returns are refunded in the original form of payment.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing after items are received at our facility.  The timing of the refund may also depend on the policies of your financial institution and method of payment.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

If you have cancelled your order, we will make every effort to process your refund within 10-14 business days. We hope you'll keep us in mind when it’s time for your next lighting purchase.
